The rights and obligations of personal data administrators, personal data processors and personal data subjects according to the applicable legislation are governed by the General Data Protection Regulation – “GDPR”, which is directly applicable in the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as the Personal Data Protection Act.

All users of www.florina.bg are subjects of personal data and have certain rights and obligations in this regard.

This policy aims to familiarize and inform users about the principles of protecting the personal data of users of www.florina.bg, about the responsibilities of the personal data controller and about the measures aimed at preventing personal data from being used without information who uses them, for what purposes, or without the user being able to object or withdraw their consent to their processing.

“Processor of personal data” – a third party that processes personal data of a subject on behalf of Florina and in accordance with the stated purposes of the processing and the means by which it is carried out.

“Cookies” – small text files stored in the directories of the browser used by the user. The purpose of cookies is to provide users with an efficient use of websites and to make certain functionalities available. Cookies facilitate and improve the usability of websites, therefore, if they are deleted or blocked, some websites or certain their functionalities may become unavailable to users.

Period of storage and destruction

Florina takes the necessary technical and organizational measures to destroy the data that are no longer needed, except in cases where there is a legal basis to process them for a longer period of time or when a request is made to limit the processing, according to the rights of the users detailed below or for a purpose compatible with the original purpose of processing, of which you will be promptly informed.

Personal data are processed on the grounds specified in Art. 6 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data, as follows:

In cases of filling in the Contact Form – personal data is processed based on the user’s consent and in order to respond to the specific request (e.g. information about the products offered by Florina, questions related to the content of products, positive feedback and criticism , others).

In cases of filling out the form for downloading an electronic catalog – personal data is processed based on the user’s consent and in order to respond to the specific request (downloading a catalog for the products offered by Florina).

A user can at any time withdraw such consent, after which FLORINA will not send informational materials, unless this is explicitly requested again by entering the same Email in the form. A user can withdraw his consent by following the link in the received Email with information materials or at office@florina.bg.

Processing based on the legitimate interest of Florina or a third party and objection to such processing

Florina processes your data on the basis of consent and for the purposes of performing the service you have requested through the functionalities of www.florina.bg. Florina has the right to use your data for the purposes of specific processing according to the relevant needs. You have the right to familiarize yourself with the main points of it upon request, as well as to raise an objection that, given the particularities of your specific situation, the relevant processing affects your right to privacy and/or protection of personal data significantly compared to the way provided for in the justification. In these cases, your objection will be considered and we will issue a reasoned opinion on its acceptance or rejection within 30 working days. Your rights

Where consent has been given to the processing of data for direct marketing purposes, users have the right to object to the processing of personal data at any time without giving reasons.

In case of disputes, the applicable law is the law of the Republic of Bulgaria, and the competent court – the relevant court in the city of Sofia.

Any disputes between Florina and the users of www.florina.bg regarding personal data shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties.

Every user has the right to submit a complaint to the Commission for the Protection of Personal Data at Sofia 1592, “Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov” No. 2 or electronically through the website of the Commission for the Protection of Personal Data, namely https://www.cpdp.bg/.

The Privacy Policy is effective from the date of its initial publication and may be amended. The amended Policy enters into force from the day of its publication on www.florina.bg.
