Supply of raw materials
We receive and keep our raw materials in special conditions in order to guarantee their normal organoleptic and the quality and safety of the raw materials and the ready product.
Dosing and mixing
We dose precisely the raw materials using a pump and mix with water and all other ingredients in mixing tanks.
Next step is standardization of the beverage according to its recipe’s physicochemical indicators and according to the technological documentation by a representative of Quality control department.
There are two ways of thermal processing depending on type and level of pH of the product:
– Pasteurization: when the process is using temperature under 100°С;
– Sterilization: when the process is using temperature over 100°С.
Obtaining homogeneous fruit product
By means of homogenization we achieve the homogeneous structure of the product. This process is performed using a homogenizer and the product passes through a special high-pressure unit which breaks the fiber particles of the fruits.
Aseptic filling in Tetra Pak packaging
The product is supplied through sterile pipes to the filling machine.
The filling machine is provided with a 35% hydrogen peroxide solution for sterilization of the Tetra Pak pack.
Filling the product into a multi-layer Tetra Pak package ensures the preservation of organoleptic and the quality of the finished product.
The aseptic filling and sterilization of the packaging ensure:
– eliminating the possibility of additional contamination of the heat-treated product;
– guarantee for the production of a safe product;
– avoiding the need to add preservatives.
